I love to help women get out of their own way, every woman that I meet has something they’d like to change about themselves, whether it’s in their body or their mind.

Considering the brain processes 400 billion bits of information a second and we are only aware of 2,000 of these, is it any wonder we sometimes lose your train of thought?

I love to help women get out of their own way, every woman that I meet has something they’d like to change about themselves, whether it’s in their body or their mind.

I work with women to help them find some balance, offering a bespoke service tailored to their individual needs.

Using holistic therapies such as Bowen, Reflexology, and Reiki to relax, refresh and restore your body.

Or Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, Mindfulness, and Meditation to help deal with anxious thoughts, self-belief and confidence issues.

I enjoy making a difference, I find it easy to empathise with women, I know how hormones affect us, how our bodies can feel like they’re not our own at times, and how overwhelm and stress can make us doubt our sanity.

Watching the changes as women transform in one way or another is what keeps me doing the work I do and I totally believe that ‘Happiness is always an inside job’.
