I started my working life as a technical support manager and this took me on a transformational journey from getting a degree in AI, to world explorer and spending 15 years as a Buddhist monk. I've spent long periods of time alone, in isolation and dealing with uncertainty. I am a trauma informed coaching and mentor supervisor, as well as coaching at the sernior practioner level with the EMCC.
