Robin Studer
About Robin Studer I'm a young professional in this industry, born in 1991, but my experiences are diverse. At the Officer School, I learned leadership and empathetic approaches to guide people without limiting their autonomy. As a Liaison and Monitoring Officer abroad, I improved my intercultural communication skills. Originally, I wanted to motivate others as a foreman and vocational trainer, but a burnout led to a reorientation. Nevertheless, these challenges made me grow and opened new paths. In my current role as Counselor, I offer expertise and compassion. My unique combination of skills can help you find your path and inspire you. Life's challenges, like losing my father at 18, taught me patience and acceptance for long-term success. Influenced by philosophies like Stoicism, Daoism, and Jung's teachings, I've developed a deeper understanding of others' needs. Through self-reflection, I discovered strength and resilience, valuing self-care and courage to explore. In counseling, I support you through all life situations and unleash your potential. During my free time, I indulge in hobbies like reading to expand my horizons. Nature brings tranquility, while analog photography captures special moments and emotions. Additionally, I volunteer at the local fire department, taking pride in helping others and ensuring our community's safety. These diverse leisure activities foster personal growth, balance, and fulfillment. Sharing my passions brings joy and continuous development. My coaching philosophy is based on the principles of Daoism, a Chinese philosophy that relates to nature and life. From my perspective, nature serves as a perfect guide for our lives, and we develop best when we embrace our natural instincts and needs. |
