I specialise in supporting women, especially mothers to heal their nervous system, and overcome stress and burnout, to improve energy levels and overall well being.

I help you overcome exhaustion and burnout cycles, break free from anxiety and stress, and find freedom from self sabotaging habits like procrastination and people pleasing. So that you can increase overall well-being and create healthy empowering relationships, starting with your relationship with yourself.

I combine an intuitive approach, with grounded practical support. I use powerful tools from psychotherapy, NLP, energy healing & transformational coaching to enable you to get to the core of the challenges you are encountering, so you can shift stuck patterns of behaviour and access greater **peace, ease and well-being.
- My Background
I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and previously worked for many years in the NHS (UK National Health Service) specialising in healing trauma & navigating family dynamics and relationships. I am also a Yoga Teacher and an Advanced Energy Healing Practitioner. I have studied many powerful breath work exercises to support healing the nervous system.
